Crotonville was a place not just for individual development but also for intact teams to have ”time to think” – about business models, innovation, strategy, and the operating system of the team itself. Teams came from GE businesses and from major GE customers, each spending 3-5 days together on campus with a bespoke agenda. Each off-site was designed and developed to deliver business-specific outcomes, always heavy on action learning and team development.
