Background

This workshop is inspired by the business systems and team operating frameworks familiar to Crotonville Alumni of every era. Principals from the Croton Partners have partnered with dozens of senior leaders across the globe to transform their executive operating systems …  re-examining the environment, recalibrating values (e.g., leadership traits, beliefs, behaviors), re-focusing strategy and execution priorities, and refreshing the team’s operating cadence.
