Thousands of GE’s female leaders experienced the impact of “Leadership Practices” – a program that invited them to challenge myths about leadership and embrace new practices in their daily life. It was a transformational development experience with a legacy we want to continue. Led by senior female faculty, this newly reimagined “retreat experience” invites women to thrive, not survive, at this stage of their career. We invite you to gather a group of women together to experience a Breakthrough.
Offering
Breakthrough is a coach-driven experience that pushes participants to get accurate about where they are and where they want to go. It involves an honest exploration of the dynamics that uniquely impact the female leader’s personal and professional life and invites them to consider what is holding them back. In an era where an increasing number of senior female leaders are tapping out, this retreat invites them to breakthrough. Leaders will leave the program with an expanded coaching network and valuable inner clarity.
