This newly reimagined experience builds upon elements of Manager Development Course (MDC) and Advanced Manager Course (AMC) but provides a contemporary look at how to lead transformation when you are leading a team of teams in a function or business unit.  Featuring compelling content, immersive learning, and peer networking, this program is guided by former Crotonville faculty members and customized to the context of your business. Leading Organizations is a development journey helps senior leaders accelerate their organization’s evolving strategy and culture by being invited to practice:
