Featuring “best of the best” content, immersive learning, and peer networking, this program is guided by former Crotonville faculty members and customized to the context of your business. We invite you to bring a cohort of Team Leaders back to the Hudson River Valley for the high-impact development you remember.
Offering
Leading People is a leadership development journey that provides the foundational capabilities and mindsets necessary to lead a high performing team. Together with a group of your peers, you will explore new ways of being and working in teams to deliver results. We have masterfully woven together some of our most popular leadership topics within this program using a 3-Day immersive experience, ongoing peer coaching circles, and on-demand learning. This experience has proven to be a gamechanger for people leading teams in today’s world.
