Background

GE’s Lean Transformation began in 2018 and continues today. Lean Leadership programming was initially introduced  to GE senior leadership and Crotonville attendees in the early 2020s. Croton Partners have been part of GE’s Lean Transformation from the beginning. Clients have sought our expertise at multiple stages of Lean Deployment, most often during early stages.
